Blue Water Rest Home Full time and Part Time have ratified a new collective agreement. Some highlighted winds are: wages and benefit increases and improved vacation and holiday language.

Members at Windsor Regional Hospital, Service Unit ratified a new 2 year collective agreement at 92%. The agreement includes increases to shift premium, weekend premium and training allowances and new language for Mental Health coverage and improvements to dental and vision coverage.

Members at Richmond Terrace Service Unit ratified a new 2 year collective agreement at 100%. The agreement included wage increases for both years at 3.5%. Increase to Weekend Premium and Training Allowance; increases to benefit coverage and vision care. New language for part Time to accumulate sick days. Language improvements to Bereavement Leave, Vacations and Paid Holidays.

Golden Dawn ratified a new Collective Agreement at 100%.  It is a new 2 year agreement with wage increases of 3.5% each year for all members.  Wage adjustments for RN’s and RPN’s.

They also received adjustments to Weekend and Shift Premiums. Also increases to all Para medicals, Vision Care and Uniform Allowance.

Heron Terrace members have unanimously ratified a strong 2-year agreement, securing key improvements in wages, RPN adjustments, sick time, uniform allowances, and vision benefits. The agreement also includes enhanced language around Christmas, vacation, and holidays. Congratulations to the new bargaining committee for their dedication and success in securing this deal!
