The Members at South Huron Hospital recently ratified a new 3 year collective agreement by 100%.
Some of the improvements include:
- 3 percent wage increase in each year
- Improvements to Health and Welfare Benefits: including Chiropractor,
Mental Health Benefit, Dental increases (Orthodontic, Crowns, Bridge work) - vision Care increase — Glasses and eye exam
- HOODIP occurrence increase to 5th occurrence
- Shift and weekend premium increases
- RPN — new preceptorship premium language
