Chartwell Oak Park Retirement has successfully ratified a new two-year collective agreement. The agreement includes a new evening shift premium, improvements to vacation entitlements, uniform allowance, and Christmas language. Members will also see increases to wages, sick time, time off, and vision care benefits.
