This holiday season, Operation Christmas Cheer (OCC) once again delivered much-needed support to union members and their families on strike. OCC visited picket lines across Ontario, spreading encouragement, delivering care packages, and ensuring no union family went without. The initiative supported locals including Unifor L1541 and PSAC L70369 in Kanata, USW 4045 in Cambridge, UFCW 175/633 in Mississauga, and Unifor 2458 in Windsor, among others.
Thanks to the generosity of supporters, OCC provided crucial assistance to families while fostering solidarity and resilience among striking workers. The smiles and gratitude captured in these moments are a testament to the power of collective action and holiday spirit.
